Fear and/or anxiety can feel overwhelming; as though they are taking over your life. It is common to become upset with your anxiety, because it impacts your life negatively.
But if you can start to see it for what it is and learn to work with it differently, you can change the way it impacts you.
Sometimes fear protects you. Other times, it tries to stop you from doing things that will move you forward. Learning to observe your fear with curiousity, rather than getting caught up in it, is vital to moving forward differently.
